Shona Olálérè

With more than 10+ years’ experience in policy analysis, international relations, and development, Shona Ọlálérè is one of the most sought-after seasoned analysts in the public and private sectors in Africa. Her contribution to policy analysis and governance was instrumental in the development of Nigeria’s Medium-Term National Development Plan which was approved by the President and the Federal Executive Council. During the development of the plan, she served as the technical analyst for the Governance, Institutions, Anti-corruption, and National Orientation Thematic Working Group.

Shona Ọlálérè is a Doctoral fellow and Assistant Policy researcher at RAND Corporation. She obtained an MSc in Policy Analysis and Global Governance (with distinction) from the University of the West of Scotland; a Masters of Art in International Relations from Cyprus International University and a Bachelor of Art in History and International Studies from Bowen University. She is also certified in Public Policy by Virginia University, in Policy Analysis by International Public Policy Association (IPPA), and in Global Diplomacy by the University of London. She is the Co-founder of CDIAL AICDIAL AI is a technology company using artificial intelligence to localize smart devices and policies for Africans and people in the emerging market.
